兴化江苏减贫与利率政策的实施

近年来，为了加强帮助革命老区贫困群众的工作，兴化的改革财政专项扶贫资金传递机制已经通过银行贷款和财政贴息方式进一步放大金融扶贫资金的乘数效应，对革命老区贫困群众的困难，只有坚持科学有效的投资和帮助，离不开运用财政资金促进发展的指导思想，通过贷款方式，财政资金给钓起到事半功倍的效果，同时带动更多的社会资本进入地区的扶贫开发业务。

据了解，2014老帮专项贴息贷款总额达3200万元的兴化市，重点是帮助企业产业化的发展，农民专业合作社、家庭农场、家庭和低收入家庭送岗位，并通过周围的农民企业辐射；对象直接帮助弱势经济主要在2013户村，人均纯收入8000元的低收入家庭。我们将继续通过贷款帮助的其他手段提升的困难和低收入户的造血功能，加快全面实现小康社会的进程。
