鄢陵县河南省2014年度农机购置补贴的准备工作

为确保农机购置补贴政策的规范、高效、廉洁实施，河南鄢陵县农机局提前动员、早部署、早安排，扎实做好农机购置补贴的前期准备工作。

四是抓好监督检查。农业补贴的责任制度的全面实施采购，各个环节都明确到人，是在地方的具体措施，责任分工明确；然后邀请纪委、财政和其他人员的监理单位，要公开、公平、公正，确保今年农业补贴是安全、合理、及时发放到位。
