近日，云南省农村工作会议和新农村建设动员大会的视频指导下举行第七届。今年，我省将实施八大工程，建设美丽乡村，加快城乡经济社会一体化发展，着力提高农业总产值和增加值的比较超过6%，14%以上新增粮食50万吨，农民人均纯收入的增加。

近年来，农业综合生产能力大幅度提高，新农村建设大幅度推进，人民生活保障水平大幅度提高，农村综合改革取得重大突破。特别是粮食产量连续十年增长，农民人均纯收入增长十。

他强调，加快项目的实施，城乡一体化发展应考虑和相互促进，要实现良性互动的城镇化与新农村建设之间在符合城乡一体化的发展趋势，加快农村产业发展，两个或三个元素流向农村辐射，基础设施向农村延伸，公共服务向农村覆盖，现代文明向农村传播，加速从多个方面的服务，仅限于从制度隔离，接受系统的过渡，促进农业人口城镇化转移；特征TiC农业增长项目打高原牌，走特色路，在粮食等主要农产品的稳定生产的同时，突出现代庄园经济的发展，推进现代农业产业园区建设，培育壮大农业龙头企业，着力打造100大特色农业工业和40精马努拉示范县高原特色农业的第一批。要大胆创新农业生产经营体制、深化农村土地制度改革，深化综合改革项目实施过程中投资体制改革，在重要领域和关键环节改革RM突破，有利于形成体制框架，激发内部活力，优化外部环境。
